Ripping up a contract agreement

Breaking up with a service provider is hard to do. Regardless if it’s your internet service provider, a cellphone carrier, cable, etc. That being said, it should not…

After all, most service agreements are pretty straightforward, and if a breach of contract has occurred you should be able to cancel at any time.

If your current service provider is making it too difficult to break up tell them how you really feel.

“Dear Service Provider,

During the past few months, I’ve noticed the services we are receiving at my commercial property are not what is started in our agreement. At first it was great! We had good communication, you kept your word, and you made sure that I was happy. All of that slowly changed after our honeymoon phase.

I’ve given you a couple of chances and pointed out issues, but nothing seems to change…and now it’s time for a change. If I’m being completely honest with you, this day would have come sooner, if it had not been for that contract you made me sign.

Please don’t take this the wrong way, but I plan to take my business to greener pastures (no pun intended).

Sincerely,

-A Former Customer

P.S.—It’s not me, it’s you.”
